Happy summer everyone!
I’m amazed at the rain...floods, bridges and roads washed out, puddles big enough to swim in everywhere—the possibilities for water as a subject matter have certainly grown! Not even this rain can stop our programs planned for this summer from happening. Right now our Summer Children’s Art Exploration program is happen-ing. There are 150 Mason County kids 3rd—8th grades taking art classes during the next couple of weeks in Clay, Mixed Media, Painting, Drawing, Movie-Making, Jewelry, & Performing Arts. Please join us at the open house to see the work of all these talented young people at Peterson Auditorium on Monday night, June 30th from 6 - 8 PM. The Performing Arts students will present a rap/hip - hop show at 7:00 PM. *If you offered to help set up that day - be there at 12:00 noon, and THANK YOU.
